Our StoryWe know the growing pains of building data systems firsthand.
We’ve spent our careers embedded inside social impact organizations, often as the first data hires or stepping in to strengthen existing infrastructure. Along the way, we noticed a similar pattern: brilliant teams doing essential work without the data systems to match.
That gap inspired us to create Insight by Design — a way to bring the kind of thoughtful, sustainable data support we wished every team had.
Together, we have 25+ years of hands-on experience across education, public health, child welfare, behavioral health, housing and criminal justice sectors. We’re driven by a core belief that strong data systems help teams see more clearly and act with greater impact.
